Linda Kaplan Thaler stands as one of the most influential creative forces in modern advertising and brand storytelling. As founder of the Kaplan Thaler Group, she transformed a small start-up into a billion-dollar agency whose work became embedded in American popular culture. Her campaigns and compositions—most notably the Aflac Duck, Clairol Herbal Essences’ iconic “Yes, Yes, Yes!” campaign, the enduring Toys “R” Us jingle “I Don’t Wanna Grow Up, I’m a Toys ‘R’ Us Kid,” and “Kodak Moments”—demonstrate a rare ability to blend emotional insight, humor, and memorable music into work that resonates across generations.
She later served as Chairman of Publicis Kaplan Thaler. Her contributions earned her induction into the Advertising Hall of Fame, the Clio Lifetime Achievement Award, 13 Clio Awards (including two for original music and lyrics), and numerous other industry honors recognizing her as one of advertising’s most influential women.
Through Kaplan Thaler Productions, she remains an active force in creative production and thought leadership.

The Global Orion Award recognizes ANA Special Effects for serving Hollywood movie studios and independent filmmakers for over 50 years.
Founded in 1970 by Richard and Deloris Albain in Van Nuys, California, the company provides mechanical and atmospheric effects. Today, their children and grandchildren run ANA Special Effects.
As a fourth-generation family-owned company, their expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication have been passed from generation to generation, creating exceptional special effects and setting a standard of excellence admired throughout the industry. We honor ANA Special Effects for their remarkable contributions.
Ben Rouhani
The Global Orion Award honors Ben Rouhani for his entrepreneurship.
Ben Rouhani created one of the largest and most successful electrical contracting companies in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In 1989, Ben Rouhani came to the United States as an immigrant with $10 in his pocket. He got a job as an apprentice electrician. Through hard work, due diligence, and dedication, he earned his license as a master electrician.
He founded Northstar Electric Company in 1998. Today, Northstar Electric Company is licensed in the states of Arizona, Nevada, and California with over 60 employees and 22 commercial trucks.

Remington Scott
The Global Orion Award recognizes Remington Scott for his outstanding vision in pioneering technology for motion pictures, games, and digital identity.
Remington Scott stands as one of the most influential technical and creative forces in the rise of the digital human. Across more than three decades he has identified and implemented breakthrough performance-capture methods years ahead of industry adoption, helping turn motion data into characters audiences could believe.
His productions—most notably directing performance capture for Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001), the first fully computer-generated theatrical feature to use motion capture for its principal performers, and supervising the capture pipeline for Gollum on The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, whose visual effects received the Academy Award—demonstrate a rare ability to fuse acting, engineering, and cinematic craft. At Sony Pictures Imageworks, his digital-human performance technologies and innovations earned industry-defining patents.
Scott has directed cinematics and performance capture for multiple billion-dollar franchises, including Call of Duty, Assassin’s Creed, Just Cause, and Spider-Man. His early recognition of games as a proving ground for digitized performance led him, in the 1980s, to co-create one of the first digitized home video games—a decade before the approach became mainstream.
As founder, CEO, and Chief Architect of Hyperreal, he created a platform for authenticated digital-identity monetization and marketplace. Named to The Wrap’s 2022 Innovators List, he remains an active force in digital-human production and thought leadership.
