The Site is published by the Global Service Excellence Society to present the Global Orion Award, the Hall of Fame, officers, membership information, nominations, and related materials.
Content may change at any time. The Society may suspend or end any part of the Site without notice.

Acceptable use
You may browse public pages and contact us for a legitimate purpose.
You may not:
- Misuse the Site, attempt to break security, or interfere with other users
- Scrape, copy, or republish the Site in bulk without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information
- Impersonate an officer, recipient, or member
- Use the Award’s name, trophy image, or wordmark to imply an honor that has not been granted

Nominations
A nomination is a request for consideration, not a grant of the Award. The Society may accept, decline, defer, or ignore a nomination. Decisions are final.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to share it. Do not submit another person’s private information unless you are entitled to do so.
The Society is not obliged to discuss a nomination with the nominee, the nominator, or the public while it is under review.

Names, marks, and media
“Global Orion Award,” “Global Service Excellence Society,” “Global Orion Award Hall of Fame,” the trophy design, the wordmark, and official photographs are used by the Society to identify the Award.
You may quote short passages and use the official names in accurate news reporting. You may not use the marks or official images to suggest endorsement, partnership, or an honor the Society has not given. Media requests are described on the Media page.
Hall of Fame biographies and recipient materials on the Site are provided for information. Historical figures are described in good faith from the public record.

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Officer titles and biographies are descriptive only.

The Site may link to Vimeo or other services. Those sites have their own terms. The Society is not responsible for them.
